Mix Semolina + curd +Gram flour+ Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli and Jeera (Cumin) paste +Salt+Turmeric powder and keep aside for 15min. If required add little water.

Then mix 1 tbsp oil and Baking soda in that. Mix well.

Consistency should be like Idali or cake batter.

Pour this ready batter in greased pan.

Boil water in Pressure cooker remove whistle.Put the pan inside the cooker.Avoid direct contact between pan and cooker put any utensil in between.

Cook Dhokla on high flame for 6 minutes and on low to medium flame for 7-9 minutes.

Check the Dhokala with toothpick if comes clear your Dhokala is ready.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds allow it to splitter, add curry leaves. Off the flame and pour this tempering on cooked Dhokla.
