At first for make the chasni take a vessel add sugar and water and boiled it till 1 strands... now add elaichi powder and kesar and switch off the gas and cool down

Now take a pan add ghee and add milk in it boil it after 1 boil add rava slowly slowly and mix it so that it doesn’t get lumps

When it leave the pan take it into a greased dish with ghee and when it get some cool don’t get too much cool when the mixture is warm knead it well till it get smooth texture

Now take a small ball sized mixture flat it in a palm put cashew and kishmish in middle and seal it well and make a round ball.

It shouldn’t have any cracked make a smooth ball.

Now make all the balls heat the ghee and fry it.
7.
After get some cool add in chasni.
8.
Now dip them in chasni for an hour now serve it hot or cool.
