Add potatoes, turmeric powder and salt, mix properly and its done.

Now we will make dosa, Add oil in a non-stick pan, heat it, stir the batter properly and pour a ladle full of batter. The layer of batter must be thin covering the pan. Drizzle few drops of oil in edges.

Cook for 2 minutes, when the edges started to lift away from pan flip to other side and cook for 20 seconds.

Now we have to assemble it together, lay out the dosa in a plate, add potato filling inside and roll. Serve hot with chutney.
