For the ravioli, combined all purpose flour, butter and a pinch of salt and knead into a soft dough using cold water. Cover and keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, and add garlic and green chili. Saute for a second. Add onion and saute for a minute. Add chopped cabbage and capsicum and saute for a minute.

Add grated tofu, salt and chilly flakes and mix. Cook for a second and remove from heat.

Devide the all purpose flour dough into small portion. Roll two portion of the dough each into 75 mm diameter Circle using a little flour for rolling.

Place some portion of the prepared veg. tofu stuffing over it. Cover it with another rolled dough circle and press it gently from corner. All over the circumference using a fork .

Make all ravioli like this. Boil sufficient water, 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt in a pan. When water is start to boiling add prepared ravioli Into it and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.

Stir occasionally. After 5 minutes When ravioli float over water remove from Water. Serve hot with tomato ketchup garnish with basil leaves.
