Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the raw bananas. Cut them with the chips cutter into equal thin slices.
  • 2. Add salt and turmeric powder to the chips And mix them Well. Leave this for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Heat a pan and add oil into it to fry. Now put some banana chips Into the pan and fry them on medium flame till they turn crispy.
  • 4. Take them out in a plate . Fry all the remaining chips In the same Manner.
  • 5. Add salt, black pepper powder, Cumin powder and chaat masala powder and mix. Cool down in room temperature and keep it in air tight jar. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
