Take a mixing bowl add rava, curd, 1/4 cup water, sugar, salt and chilli paste. Mix it well. Keep aside for 20-25 minutes for rest.

After 25 minutes if needed add water in it to make idli batter like consistency. Mix it well.

Add sufficient water in a Kadhai/ steamer heat it.Grease dhokla tray or pan with oil.

Add eno fruit salt in a batter, mix gently till it turns frothy. Immediately transfer it to the greased tray.

Steam it for 10-12 minutes. Check it with toothpick. If it comes out clean, then the dhokla is ready. Remove and allow it to cool.

In a tadka pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds in it. When it crackle and green chilli, hing and curry leaves. Fry for 30 seconds. Switch off the flame. Add 1-2 tsp water in it.

Pour the tadka over the dhokla, garnish with coriander leaves. Cut into pieces and serve.
