Ingredients For Rawa Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, put rava in it, fry it on low-medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring continuously, take it out in a plate and let it cool down.
  • 2. Now heat ghee in the same pan, add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds crackle, add green chili, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and ginger and fry it well.
  • 3. Now add onion, capsicum and cook it. Add tomato pepper and salt also, mix it well and cook a little, now add water to it and let it come to a boil.
  • 4. Slowly mix the rava in it and stir it continuously so that there is no lump in the upma and also add lemon juice to it.
  • 5. Keep the flame medium . Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously so that the rava becomes fluffy after absorbing all the water. Switch off the gas and add green coriander.Serve hot.
