Ingredients For Red Yellow Moti...Sweet Boondi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix gram flour and hot water.Make a smooth batter without any lump.
  • 2. Divide the batter,add red and yellow colour and make two batter.Batter should not be too thick or too thin.
  • 3. Boil sugar syrup of 1cup sugar with 1cup water.Boil the syrup till we get one thread consistency.
  • 4. Now heat ghee in a deep kadhai and pour 3 to 4 spoon batter at a time over a large round perforated spoon.
  • 5. Deep fry the boondi for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 6. After that take out boondi from ghee and put it in the hot sugar syrup.Don't in boiling syrup but in hot syrup.Mix it well.
  • 7. Serve immediately in a plate.Garnish with almond flakes.
