I can make this laddu with cooked Jasmine rice . Jasmine rice is a long grain variety of fragrant rice . results from the rice plant's natural production of aroma compounds .

First heat ghee in a non-stick pan add nuts,pumpkin mix and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Then add rice powder and scrapped coconut mix and cook for a minute at cardamom powder and switch off heat.

Add condensed milk and mix with switch on heat and mix continuously for 2 to 3 minutes .

transfer the prepared mixture in a bowl and set aside to cool divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos
