  • 1. Take a bowl, add rice flour, flour, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, salt and milk.
  • 2. Whisk well and make a smooth batter.
  • 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. Once it gets hot, pour batter using spoon.
  • 4. Fry till it turns golden brown. Remove it from oil and place it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
