Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add cooked rice and curd mixed it and cover it 30_35 minutes.
  • 2. Now add besan , chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, chopped onion.
  • 3. Add coriander seeds.
  • 4. Add Red chili powder,hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt to taste.
  • 5. Fresh coriander.
  • 6. Mixed all the ingredients.
  • 7. If required then only add water.
  • 8. Now take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 9. Make small sized balls and fry it till light golden brown.
  • 10. Served it. With chutney.
