Ingredients For Rice Pathiri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take salt, oil and water (2 cup + 4 tablespoons) in a pan.
  • 2. Bring it to boil over high flame.
  • 3. Reduce flame to low, gradually add rice flour and mix.
  • 4. Stir continuously without forming lumps.
  • 5. Mixed properly and turn off the flame. cool it to room temperature.
  • 6. Slightly warm, grease your hands with oil. Knead it well until soft .
  • 7. Divide it into 20 equal portions and give them round shape like balls.
  • 8. Coat it with dry rice flour and place on rolling board.
  • 9. Roll it out into a thin circle .
  • 10. Heat non-stick tawa. Cook over medium flame for 30-40 seconds.
  • 11. Cook for 20-35 seconds until light colour spots appear on bottom surface.
  • 12. Remove it from tawa and transfer to a plate.
