Ingredients For Rings and Cups Katori Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Process to make rings and katori. Take a bowl add add,salt,oil ,masalaae magic along with all spiceses and make a fine dough.
  • 2. Then cover it keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Then take small amount of dough and roll it and cut it into long shape and wrape it in a steel plate to give it ring shape and deep fry it until it colour changes.
  • 4. Like same way roll the dough and place it in a bowl to give a katori shape and deep fry it until it colour changeses.
  • 5. Then for chat take a katori add chopped potato, onion, tomato, chat masala , black salt, grated cheese and put a mints leaves.
  • 6. Finally decorate it as you like.
