Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, take 120 gm salted butter. Start whisking it. Add 1 tbsp fresh cream to the butter. Continue to whisk until it’s light and fluffy.
  • 2. Now add 100 gm powdered sugar and mix it into the butter.
  • 3. To enhance the flavor, add ½ tsp Golden Butter flavor.
  • 4. Add 170 gm all-purpose flour and 3 tbsp milk. Mix everything.
  • 5. The dough should be soft. Fill the prepared dough in a piping bag.
  • 6. To make a rosette, Use N1 or 1M nozzle and start piping the cookies on a lined baking tray. Bake these cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 min.
  • 7. After 15 min, take the baked cookies out from the oven and let them rest on the tray itself. The cookies will be crispy on cooling down.
