It's a version of Aish-el-saraya middle east recipe which is made of Rusk and custard with whipp cream ,I have made it with my own version with milkmaid.

Take a square tray or dish and place rusk pieces organized which stay properly inside.

Next make sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water and let it dissolve nicely add 1 tbsp orange essence and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.Make sugar syrup little thick not much and let it cool little ,then pour it on the rusk,Place another layer of rusk and repeat the same .

Keep aside the dish of rusk so that it gets soaked nicely in sugar syrup.

Next make custard by adding 500ml milk in a pan and add 2 tbsp of custard powder first mix custard powder separate in small cup by adding water so that it will not create lump.Now mix the custard in milk and add milkmaid ,fresh cream and keep on stirring till required pouring consistency.

Next let it cool down and the pour this mixture on top of the rusk and garnish it with some chopped pistachios and mango pcs.
6.
Keep in fridge for atleast 4 to 5 hours to get set and served this delicious dessert chilled.
