Methods
  • 1. First of all wash the sabudana thoroughly with water 2-3 times. Now soak it in very little water for 4-5 hours (take water only till that level of sabudana, if you take a little more water, then the khichdi will not become blooming)
  • 2. Now heat ghee in a pan. Now add mustard seeds, cumin, green chillies, curry leaves, peas, tomatoes, potatoes and salt and fry them.
  • 3. Now add sabudana to the pan and mix. Now cook like this for 1 to 2 minutes and now cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Sabudana Khichdi is ready, now add some green coriander and serve it hot.
