Ingredients For Sabudana appe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take the one bowl sabudana wash it nicely n soak for water one hour after that strain the water into the strainer n keep a side take all the above ingredients and soak sabudana .
  • 2. Chopped green chillies and Coriander leaves , after that take a big vessel add sabudana into it add cumin seeds , chopped green chillies , mashed potatoes , peanuts crushed salt and some Coriander leaves and half lemon juice andsugar mix it well .
  • 3. Now heat the appam pan grease with oil, sabudana mixture mix it properly. Make a small balls similar size, put all the balls on it and cover it for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Now open the lid and change other side , cook well on both sides until it becomes golden brown , now our delicious healthy and tasty sabudana appe is ready to eat .
  • 5. Serve hot in a serving plate with curd , it is very tasty you can try this.
