Ingredients For Sabudana doodhpak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk to it.
  • 2. Now at medium to low flame keep milk for boiling.
  • 3. When milk start boiling keep stirring to avoid settle down.
  • 4. Now when milk reduced to half add sugar and soaked Sabudana to it.
  • 5. Now mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6. At last add Cardamom powder,saffron strand and chopped dryfruits to it.
  • 7. Now allow to cool at room temperature and then sabudana doodhpak is ready to serve.
