To make Sabudana Kheer, we will first wash the Sabudana with water and boil it in hot water. Then put the milk on the gas to heat it.

When the milk boils well. Then add boiled sago in it, mix it well and keep stirring. Then add sugar and stir it. When the sugar dissolves, then add cardamom powder, and chopped dry fruits.

And let the kheer cook on low flame. Meanwhile, we will keep stirring the kheer again and again. So that the sago does not stick to the bottom. After 10 minutes we will turn off the gas. Your Sabudana Kheer is ready.
