Rinse and soaked the sabudana for 2 hours. Dry roast peanuts in a pan and let them cool. Grind in a grinder and make powder.

In a mixing bowl add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, peanut powder, salt, ginger-green chili paste, corn starch and lemon juice and mix every thing we'll.

Divide the dough into equal Parts. Grease your Palm with oil and make round shape balls.

Heat appears pan on medium heat . Add a few drops of oil in each round section. Place the prepared balls in each section.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium- low flame. Turn over each balls . Drizzle few more drops of oil if needed. Cover and cook again for 2-3 minutes until they turn crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot sabudana vada with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
