Firstly take one pan add the sugar, water , saffron , cardamom powder, food colour. cook in high flame, boil till it reaches one string consistency

In a mixing bowl, add maida, soda, curd, food colour and mix well. then add water and make a batter which not too thick no too thin

Fill the batter in a ketchup bottel. Heat oil in a pan, press the bottle on hot oil forming coil shaped jalebi, fry the both side. Soak it into sugar syrup for 3-5 mins
