Grind the soaked sabudana well in a dry pan. (20 minutes)

Now heat ghee in a pan and stir in cashew nuts/powder, sabudana powder, sugar and stir continuously. At the end spread cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.

Grease your hands with oil and keep it warm and make round laddoos.Sabudana laddu is ready when it is a little cold
