First of all, wash the sago and soak it in water for an hour. Now take it out of the water and keep the sago in a bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes, so the sago will not stick together.

After 10 minutes, take out the sago from the fridge, put the sago in the vessel in which the kheer is to be made and add some milk and cardamom and cook on medium flame while stirring.

When the sago is cooked, add 1/2 liter of milk to it and keep stirring continuously so that it does not stick to the pot. When the milk starts boiling, reduce the gas. then add sugar to it

Now put all the dry fruits in it, add saffron soaked in milk.

When the kheer is cooked well, then add 1 spoon of ghee in it, stirring it lightly, turn off the gas and leave it with a lid for 5 minutes.

Sabudana kheer is ready. Now serve it hot or cold as per your wish.
