Ingredients For Salted Kasuri Methi Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a vessel, add all ingredients and by gradually adding water mix nicely and knead a mefium stiff dough.
  • 2. Divide dough in equal portions.
  • 3. Roll parathas from all dough balls.
  • 4. Heat pan or tava.
  • 5. Place Parathas and cook it from bothe sides by applying refined oil from both sides evenly.
  • 6. Salted Kasuri Methi parathas are ready to serve.
  • 7. You can serve it with any chutney, curd or fried veggies.
