Put samolina in a bowl then put curd into it and put all chopped vegetables in it and put it at rest for 10 minutes by covering it.

After 10 minutes put salt and black pepper into it and put some water in it and make it some tight paste.

Apply it on 1 side of the bread. Put pan on the stove and open the flame and make the pan hot and apply 1 spoon ghee on it and then put the bread with the side of paste on the pan and bake it until it will get light brown from both the sides.

Then take them on a plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
