Put pan on the stove and open the flame at mideam to low . Then put samolina in the pan and roast it for 2 minutes add ghee into it and roast it for 5 minutes but do not let it stir.

Then in 1 seperate pan add water and sugar and boil it for 2 minutes at high flame then add this sugar serum into the roasted samolina. Then boil it on mideam to low flame for 5 minutes.

Then put it out on the serving bowl and decorate it with chopped dry fruits and serve.
