Heat nova shudh ghee in a pan,add sattu and roast two to three mins in a medium flame.Now add mawa and sugar and cook in a slow flame for 4 - 5 mins.

Add cardamom powder 1/2 cup of water and mix well.Turn off the flame.

Once cooled pour the mixture into the grease plate and garnish with crushed almonds.Once cooled cut into diamond shape.
