Ingredients For SATTU KACHORI Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix maida with salt, ghee, carom seeds with the help of water to make a stiff dough.
  • 2. Make the stuffing by mixing all the fillings with the help of water.
  • 3. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 4. Stuff the fillings in the dough and roll the balls
  • 5. Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with rolling pin to approx 2.5 diameter.
  • 6. In a kadai, heat the oil and put the kachori one by one.
  • 7. . Lower the heat and fry till little brown.
  • 8. Drain in paper. Serve hot.
