Dont add too much water for mixing thestuffing . Don't make a sticky or watery stuffing

Ingredients

Ingredients For Sattu ke paranthas/roasted black chickpea parantha

Methods
  • 1. Make a whole wheat flour dough
  • 2. Grind roasted bkack chickpeas or take a readymade sattu
  • 3. Chop onion,garlic,green chillies and coriander
  • 4. Mix all the stuffing ingredients.add little water to make a binding mixture
  • 5. Stuff the stuffing and make a parantha
  • 6. Heat the tawa
  • 7. Cook the parantha and apply clarified butter on both sides
  • 8. Serve hot with curd and pickle
