Methods

How to make Sattu Khoya Laddoo Recipe

1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add sattu and saute it for 2-3 minutes or until it turns slightly brown.
3. In a pot take sugar,water and cardamom powder,mix well and make a thick sugar syrup.
4. Now add sugar syrup and khoya in pan,mix well along with sauted sattu and stir constantly until it comes in a dough like texture.
5. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
6. Divide mixture in equal portions of a lemon sized balls and make laddoo from all the balls.
7. Coat all the laddoos with roasted sesame seeds and its ready to be served.
