Ingredients For Schezwan Bell Peppers Pav Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix bell peppers, salt and schezwan in a bowl.
  • 2. Take a pav and slit the pav horizontally and stuff it with schezwan mixture. Press lightly.
  • 3. Heat 1/2 tbsp ghee in a pan on medium flame. Place the stuffed pav and press it using a palate or broad spatula to toast it.
  • 4. Then flip and add remaining ghee. Press it again so that the pav get toasted evenly. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
