Ingredients For Schezwan Samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic cloves finely chopped and saute till it changes color.
  • 2. Add half of the finely chopped spring onion and capsicum. Saute it on high flame for few minutes.
  • 3. Add schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Now add water to it.
  • 4. Break samosa in 3-4 pieces in a pan. Toss it well. Saute for another 30 seconds until sauce gets coated over samosa.
  • 5. Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot.
