Secret healthy soup recipe

Have made this soup from leftover lauki chane ki daal ki sabji. It's very quick to make and yummy in taste! I never throw away leftover food, either have it later in the evening or try making it in new form. Here's one of my such try!

Ingredients For Secret healthy soup recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the leftover lauki chane ki daal ki sabji in the mixture jar. Churn it into smooth paste.
  • 2. Transfer the contents into a vessel and heat it. Add black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, little salt and butter.
  • 3. Cook the contents for sometime then switch off the gas.
  • 4. Transfer the hot ready soup into the soup bowl and garnish with fresh cream and red chilli flakes.
  • 5. Along with the soup serve garlic bread toast (little crispy). This combination tastes scrumptious.
