Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add semolina / suji,curd,onion,green chilly,coriander leaves,shimla mirch,tomato,salt,red chilly powder and mix well.
  • 2. Make a thick mixture. Cut the bread in a four square pieces.
  • 3. Spread this mixture on the top of the bread. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4. Add bread pieces and deep fry until golden in colors. Always cook in medium flame.
  • 5. Semolina crispy is ready to eat. Serve with tea.
