Its a very versatile recipe I am going to share with you all chefs.You can make and serve it as a breakfast,lunch,brunch or dinner also.Its a kids-friendly and healthy recipe too.

Take a bowl and add semolina and curd and mix well and keep it aside for atleast half an hour.

Then add all the spices, salt and baking soda and mix nicely.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and take a full laddle of batter and spread evenly and sprinkle all chopped veggies and roasted peanut and cook it by covering with lid on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
4.
Then flip the pancake and cook it for more 2-3 minutes from another side also.
5.
Semolina Curd Veggies Pancakes are ready to serve with any desired dip or sauce.
