Put 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add rava and fry it for 15 minutes while stirring it continuously till it smells good, keep the rava to cool.

Heat 1 tsp ghee on medium flame. Fry the chopped cashews, almonds and chironji till they turn light golden in colour.

Add one spoon ghee and coconut, fry the coconut for 10 minutes.

Put sugar in a blender and prepare sugar powder. Add all the nuts, sugar, cardamom powder, coconut sawdust, 5 tbsp hot ghee to the rava, semolina and mix. Make round shape laddus from the rava mixture.

Garnish the laddoos with nuts. Store in air tight container.
