Ingredients For Semolina Mango Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash and pill the mango.. And cut into pieces.
  • 2. Now add into a mixer jar, mango pieces, milk and sugar grind it.. Keep a side
  • 3. Now tack a pan heat it, add 2tbsp ghee and roast chopped dry fruits.. Keep out side
  • 4. Now same pan add suji and wheat flour SautĂ© on a medium flame until brown..
  • 5. Now add cardamom pwdr and mango shake slowly slowly.. Stir continuously..
  • 6. Add roasted dry fruits.. Cook it 4min.. Now switch off the flame.. Ready for serve.. Garnish with dry fruits.. Thanku..
