Methods
  • 1. To make Dhokla, first we clean the semolina, add curd, some water and salt and keep it covered for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we will add turmeric and some water and mix it well.
  • 2. Then we will prepare a solution by mixing baking soda in it. Then pour that batter in the mold of Dhokla and steam it. After 15 minutes Dhokla is ready.
  • 3. Then cut the dhokla. And then for tempering, take a small fry pan, heat oil in it and add mustard seeds and add chopped green chillies. And add some water and sugar. Then boil that water and apply tempering on the dhokla. Your hot dhokla is ready.
  • 4. Then take out the dhokla in a plate and serve it.
