Ingredients For Sev khamani ( Amiri khaman) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chana dal for 5-6 hour and drain water from it.
  • 2. Grind coarsely.
  • 3. Now take in a steel tied greased container and steam the dhokla for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 4. Crumble the cooked chana dal dhokla.
  • 5. Now heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
  • 6. Add mustard seeds in it.
  • 7. When it is spluttering, add ginger, chili paste, salt, sugar and lemon juice in it.
  • 8. Stir well for 10-15 minutes and cook till oil is separated.
  • 9. Now keep in a dish and garnish with Sev, coriander leaves, grated coconut and pomegranate.
  • 10. Njoy your yummy breakfast.
