Take a pan and add about 4-5 spoons of oil in it

Not add finely chopped 4-5 cloves of garlic

Now add medium chopped tomatoes to it

Close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes

Now add spices as per taste stir cook it on medium flame for another 10 minutes

In these 15 minutes of cooking tomato will dissove partially and become extremely soft. If tomatoes aren't soft then cook it for another 5-7 minutes.

Pour your gravy in a bowl, add chopped coriander and green chilly if you want

Add ratlami sev on the top. Your dish is ready to serve
