Put 1Cup Atta, 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Salt - 1/4 TSP, Cardamom Powder -1/2 TSP, curd -1/4 cup in a bowl. Mix it well. If it's required milk would be added. Knead well like chappati dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Methods
  • 1. Make the dough into 4 equal balls and roll it like a thick chappati. Some finely chopped Cashew nuts and almonds spread on it. Press it with a roller. Make impressions on it with the help of fork. Then cook it on a Tawa with using Nova Ghee. Cook it well on both sides. Now tasty Sheermal is ready.
