Methods
  • 1. Mix sooji n curd and mix well. Add water to make a batter n mix then put it for rest for 30 minutes.
  • 2. After 30 minutes ; add salt n take a dosa tava .heat this n greese with ghee.
  • 3. Make dosa from batter.when dosa is ready cut the radius of dosa by scissors n fold by hand to make a cone
  • 4. Here is ready our crispy cone dosa.serve this with coconut chutney.
