Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add sooji in it and add 3 tbsp ghee and milk in it and make a tight dough out of it.
  • 2. Then make shape of muthiya out of this dough and deep fry it in ghee
  • 3. Then let it cool down and crush it in the mixture jar and strain it with a strainer
  • 4. Then take a pan and add 1/4 cup ghee in it and add mawa in it and roast it
  • 5. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and chopped almonds in it
  • 6. Then garnish it with almonds
