How to make Sooji nariyal chamcham Recipe

1. Heat ghee and roast khoya till aromatic, let it cool add raisins. Keep aside.
2. dry roast sooji till aromatic, add milk, cook till moisture dries out.
3. Switch off the flame and add fresh coconut and sugar, knead for few minutes.When it's warm, knead for few minutes more.
4. Apply ghee on palms and roll it, fill khoya mixture in between again roll it. Roll with grated dry coconut . Serve.
