Ingredients For Soya Galwati Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the soya Chunk with salt. Drain out water,s squeeze extra water from the soya chunk, let it cool and make mince of soya chunk.
  • 2. Add ginger garlic paste, mix it well with minced soya chunk. Rest it for 1hr.
  • 3. After atleast 1 hour, add fried onion and grinded masala and mint , chana sattu for binding mix all the ingredients(other than ginger garlic, onion) with minced soya chunk very well for atleast 15 minutes.
  • 4. Hit iron pan(tawa) and brush it with oil
  • 5. Take a small part and shape it like 'kabab' not a ball, place it on hot pan cook it 1o minutes and turn it , cook the other side for 10 minutes in low flame
