In a pressure cooker, take chopped mangoes, sugar and little water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Once pressure releases, drain off the water. Transfer cooked mangoes in a mixer jar. Blend to a smooth paste.

Sieve the pulp. Add 4 to 5 cups water. Add black salt, chaat masala and black pepper powder.Mix well. Add more water if required to adjust the consistency.
