  • 1. To make Poha Chaat, we will first heat oil in a pan and fry the poha in it. And fry the corn chips as well. Then in a vessel we will mix both the things by adding salt, chilli and chaat masala.
  • 2. Then take it out in a plate and put chopped onion tomatoes on it. And then put fine sev on top of it. And then serve by adding tomato sauce or lemon.
