Ingredients For SPINACH PARATHA

Methods
  • 1. Remove the stems of spinach. Wash the leaves 3-4 times under running water.
  • 2. Grind it to make smooth paste.
  • 3. Take a big bowl. Add all the ingredients and spinach paste. Mix it well. Knead a little stiff dough .
  • 4. If required use water. Cover the dough , keep it aside to rest.
  • 5. Take small portion of dough and make round shaped Paratha.
  • 6. Cook it on hot tawa on medium flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy , Applying butter on both sides.
  • 7. Serve it hot with curd, butter and pickle.
