Ingredients For Sprouted moong n Sooji Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a jar add sprouted moong and grind it make a paste.
  • 2. Take a finely chopped green chillies, Ginger, garlic.
  • 3. Take a bowl add Sooji.
  • 4. Add sprouted moong paste,add finely chopped green chillies, Ginger, garlic , curd mixed it.
  • 5. Keep aside 10 minutes
  • 6. Add eno , water as required mixed one side.
  • 7. Take a steamer add water .
  • 8. Apply oil on plate and pour a batter and steam it 10 minutes.
  • 9. Cool down cut into pieces.
  • 10. Make tadka
  • 11. Take a pan add oil heat it
  • 12. Add Mustard seeds, sesame seeds,curry leaves, chopped green chillies mixed it
  • 13. Add lemon juice and sugar, fresh coriander.
  • 14. Add Dhokla mixed it
  • 15. Served it dry coconut chutney and coriander peanut chutney.
  • 16.
