First add all the wet ingredients and give it a good mix.

Then pass all the dry ingredients via a sieve and mix with wet ingredients but do not over mix it.

Grease a silicon mould and dust with coco powder ,then pour in the batter and cover the mould with aluminium foil.

Take a pressure cooker add enough water then keep a small vessel to balance the silicon mould, place the silicon mould over it and steam on medium heat for 1 hour. To check if done after one hour insert a toothpick it should come out clean.

For frosting : Mix coco powder jaggery and milk mix well and heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds it will become thick. Garnish with almond powder and serve.
